How every puzzle is checked
- Each number exactly once. A second program reads every finished grid from scratch along every straight line, in all eight directions, and finds each listed number exactly once, where the solution marks it.
- No number hides another. No number reads the same backwards, none sits inside another one or inside it backwards, and none starts with a zero, so finding one number never finds part of another.
- Levels by direction and length. Easy: numbers of 4 to 6 digits run right and down. Medium: 5 to 7 digits, and the two left to right diagonals too. Hard: 6 to 8 digits in all eight directions, backwards too.
- Full solutions at the back, each number marked in its grid.

Questions
Who buys number search books?
People who like word search and want a change, often older readers, which is why large print is on by default. The puzzles need no vocabulary, so they also suit readers of any language.
Will KDP accept the files?
Each book passes our check against KDP’s published paperback specs before you can download it: page size, page count, embedded fonts, margins and gutter for the page count, cover size and spine. If KDP still rejects the files within 30 days, the book’s 500 credits go back to your key.
Can I make a series?
Yes. One book per level with your series name in the title, or the same level with new grids in each volume: every book without a seed gets new puzzles.
What goes in the listing?
listing.txt in the ZIP has a title, subtitle, description, seven keyword ideas and the print options to pick on KDP. The preview folder has six images of real pages for your listing.
