Refund policy

Credit packs are refundable for the part you have not used, within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt. No exit survey and no questions about why.

How to ask

Write to data@voiddo.com from the address that received the Paddle receipt, or reply to the receipt. Include the order number if you have it (it starts with txn_); without it we look the order up by your billing address.

What is refunded

The unused credits of the pack, at the price you paid per credit. Credits already spent on runs are not refundable. A pack with no credits used is refunded in full.

How long it takes

We answer within one business day and issue the refund through Paddle. Your bank or card issuer then posts it, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Charges you do not recognise

Write to us at once. A duplicate or unauthorised charge is refunded in full and the key it bought is locked.

Merchant of record

mint is operated by vøiddo studio. Paddle.com Market Limited is our merchant of record and processes refunds on our behalf; Paddle's buyer terms govern the payment itself.
